PAYMENT
Preferred payment method is by Apply Pay, Credit Card (Stripe) or PayPal via the Online Shop. All payments are secure and encrypted.
UK DELIVERY
UK mainland orders will normally be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Track and Trace. Tracking information and delivery information will be provided when your order is dispatched. A signature is required on receipt. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery. It is essential to have a correct address with full postcode to ensure swift delivery of your order.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International orders will normally be sent from the UK by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service. Tracking information and delivery information will be provided when your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery although you should anticipate possible delays may be experienced during the current pandemic. It is essential to have a correct address with full postcode to ensure swift delivery of your order.
*** Please note that any import duties or taxes charged for International orders are the buyer's responsibility.
ACCEPTANCE
Every care has been taken to ensure your order is delivered safely and that you are happy with your purchase.
If, on delivery, you notice the parcel is damaged, please do not accept it and contact me straight away. Please also photograph the damaged parcel for insurance purposes.
RETURNS POLICY
I want you to be delighted with your purchase.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, I am unable to accept returns of pierced earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights.
I recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery as this provides item tracking and Insurance Cover up to £500. The sender is responsible for return postage costs.
