A dramatic neckpiece in silver and blue crystal. The silver pieces have been constructed as hollow boxes. The blue rock crystal have been electroplated to give them a rainbow hue as they catch the light. There is a hook and chain fastening to allow the length to be altered. Length 46 cm.
This is a real statement piece of jewellery.
I spend a lot of time hunting out unusual cuts of stones, and I would say these are my unique selling point. Usually I will only make one or two of any particular design, hence people really are buying unique pieces of art work. I like to use textured stones – rough crystals, unusual corals and pearls, lava and ammonites are all materials I incorporate in my work.
