A very unusual neckpiece with a nod to the Egyptian-style jewellery.
The coloured stones are lapis lazuli pieces bonded with resin. The gold beads are agate with electroplated finish. These are interspersed with textured pieces of silver.
There is a hook and chain fastening which allows the length to be adjusted. Length 41 cm.
A very eye-catching piece of jewellery.
I spend a lot of time hunting out unusual cuts of stones, and I would say these are my unique selling point. Usually I will only make one or two of any particular design, hence people really are buying unique pieces of art work. I like to use textured stones – rough crystals, unusual corals and pearls, lava and ammonites are all materials I incorporate in my work.
